Warrnambool became a registered CTC site in 2015 with the assistance of funding from the Department of Justice and Regulation to support the roll-out of CTC.
The CTC process is implemented and governed by the Warrnambool Local Action Group of Beyond the Bell, a collective impact initiative to address school retention rates across the Great South Coast.
